I help small and medium-sized businesses simplify their processes, reduce repetitive work and use AI tools effectively in their everyday operations.
I bring extensive international leadership and implementation experience in business operations, finance and technology. In my roles at Oracle and NetSuite, I have improved business processes, supported management decisions and personally developed and introduced digital solutions. These include consulting revenue and capacity planning applications and the use of AI to automate reporting and support analysis.
Through L&E Consulting, I bring that experience to SMEs. Together, we look at where time is being lost, which improvements offer the greatest value and which tools fit your business.
